I'm all for "not misunderstanding" but hiding in her room like that is truly suspicious and screams infielity and not being set up.
Also, I have a strict rule against stupidity: If you're dumb enough to be seduced and set up, then you're almost as guilty as if you had done the actual thing

Sooooo, I may be hanged for this, but did you think that maybe her fiancee was set up? That the other girl is jealous of Ginger and so she purposely came on to the fiancee, knowing Ginger had a temper and wouldn't listen? I mean the other girl does seem to enjoy taking guys from Ginger, and her fiancee was trying to talk to Ginger, who wouldn't listen. That may not be the case but that red headed bitch makes me wonder if she did it knowing Ginger didn't trust her fiancee.
