Either way that was such a small difference I can’t believe I didn’t notice

I was recently reading this manga and left the tab open for too long. So when I opened safari again, it signed me out but kept the page. It was a pretty cute manga and it was about this cute prince dude of his school. He had saved the leader from a yakuza group and was always guarded and loved by them as well as his mom. Long story short, the school nurse fell in love with him and the prince slowly caught feelings (oh btw this is a yaoi and the nurse is male) Anyone know the name? It was something like, “ouji” and “kiss” but if I type that together it doesn’t come up. Please help ><
