Technically it's the uploader's fault since they didn't use the shotacon genre tag. Like I said... this mangaka writes a lot of shota, it's not hard to figure out.

Mangago could have a better filter, kink flags or trigger warning labels.
Not only for this story but in general.
Only way to know this is shotacon is by reading the topic and be lucky someone warned.
