theres a chapter where sid is working with the dude who fought Cain at rooftop so I’m guessing he is a traitor. he probably killed the doctor so Cain doesn’t recover from his wound so he can kill him easier. you probably skipped a chapter by accident, I recommend re-reading the series :3
No,actually I do read it but the point is that I can't get why he is doing that..
I mean Sid supposed to be by Cain side, and their relation seems to be quite nice also.
But, I guess it will be acceptable and simple if he is just a traitor for no reason or something hmm :3
