Khoal is really a dumbass. The person he claims to love is in chains because he is still pissed at the clandors. All he had to do was visit the underworld himself allow himself to fall into the river and be reincarnated in the same time as Kaveri. Heck if he could've arranged for Kaveri to reincarnate as a clandor that would've worked too but he is holding onto to this meaningless god power. What for?
