I think it's because she's an assassin, not really a spy. She kills people, she doesn't interact with them.

I get it. Even though she just has to kill people, I imagine as an assassin she would have to gather Intel, etc. so with saying that some of her actions don't really match the deadly nickname she was given. She seems a bit sloppy but she is hilarious. Of course that's just my opinion
