MAYBE yes. Not all the first relationships last forever and they are young. Ritsuka is sweet, kind and willing to do everything he can to make Mafuyu happy. Mafuyu fell in love with him after Yuki's death, so I think MAYBE he could fall in love with him if Yuki was alive.
it hurts how sensei keeps on making us love Yuki more and more. like Mafuyu has never stopped loving him and that he's the one great love Ritsuka can never replace. and it makes me wonder, if Yuki didn't die, will Mafuyu ever choose Ritsuka?
