There is actually a community for this stuff that's a lot more extreme than this. The fact that ideas such as "safe word" and "consent" were used and respected are very good.
Yes the act of molestation is wrong. The seme got lucky because the uke was fine with it. Was it messed up? Yes. Was it real? No.
While it may not be a trope you like, I would personally say it was done pretty well here. The only improvement they could have made would be if they dealt with the fact that it was molestation. It's just fiction so let us enjoy it.
