There is but it's somehow complicated when I played 2 years ago. Sims 3 has it easy though . One mod does it all
In cas, there's the option 'can get pregnant' under the genders option, fyi (=・ω・=)
Mod isn't needed for it any longer. They upgraded gender options in Cas, so you can make a male sim that 'can get pregnant' or 'can get others pregnant'

If this was sims4, I'll gladly abuse the mpreg mod so that they'll have a big family with lotsa bebes since they're a cutie couple (=・ω・=)
