From this, it makes me think that youngwon is doing it to mess with Yujun— like he knows yujun is in love with juwon and is being cruel maybe. I dunno though. With the bully guy, I think he must’ve joined in on the bet because he had feelings for Seojin.
I hope it turns out that I’m right. I’ve been rooting for yujun. And after this latest chapter (7), I was definitely feeling Seojin and the bully guy as a secondary couple.

So, from what i read up to chapter 27, seojin, yujun, bully dude (lee soo? keep forgetting his name), and youngwon (first love), made a bet to see who could make juwon fall for them first. Seems like yujun and youngwon were discussing something about juwon at the coffee shop where seojin works and then seojin overheard and got curious and then bully walks in and it seems he is friends with both seojin and youngwon and then for whatever reason all 4 of them make the bet about juwon.
Also, it seems like seojin wanted to be friends with juwon, not because he was crushing on him, but because he overheard something about juwon being gay/liking men? (not too sure about the accuracy of this) which peaked his curiosity and then his girl friends tried to help him be friends with juwon. right now though, he might be crushing on juwon just a little but he never liked juwon from the beginning it was curiosity
Juwon also suspects that bully dude is crushing on seojin, despite bully dudes denial.
First love claims to like juwon but i still dont get how he and yujun kept in touch and i dont understand why they had to make a bet. So i dont know how truthful first love is being.
overall, its more like a one way stop with yujun being in love with juwon while every one else is iffy/likes someone else. All this time, juwon is still rejecting yujuns feelings but is starting to wonder about how he really feels about yujun
Also, forgot to mention that juwon finds out they all made a bet about him but he doesnt necessarily ice any of them out because of it, he still talks to all of them although i think he does question youngwon to his face
