OMG I was thinking the same thing. Like can't a woman be straight up and say yes I want to have sex with you. Like the other manga makes it a cliche to have the FL go like No
And the odd part is that with a lot of those stories if the dude stopped what he was doing and had a conversation then drama wouldn't happen later. Because the FL always doubts the ML feelings for her because all they have done is have sex in inappropriate places/times without talking about feelings...and well fuck feelings just intentions. Dude could just be like, "Hey I'm attracted to you and would like to give dating a try", not some deep proclamation of love, just that. but Nooooo, it all rides on the FL not reporting the dude for sexual assult/rape.
Even though they can't communicate verbally he checked in with her if it was okay to continue instead of just barreling through. Also she wasn't going "No...ah ah ah NOOOOO" Cuz really why is that a thing in these stories?
