I can’t find it!!

There was this one yaoi, omegaverse, that the uke was an alpha but had his heat and was an omega. He found his alpha pair when the alpha was really young. The omega had saved the young alpha from a bunch of people so the young alpha waited for the omega at the front of the omega’s school. Whenever the omega was around the alpha, he would go into heat so he had to take a loooooooot of suppressants and he overdosed which caused him to go to the hospital. The young alpha moves away and leaves a note for the omega. The omega cries a lot and waits for several years. The omega has another omega friend who’s a girl and they work together when their older. The omega is very cheerful at work and this one guy is crushing on the omega and when the omega goes home the guy follows him.
