I like only one person from the manga, the seme. what I don't understand is why the uke let that ex threated him like that. The ex doesn't have the upper hand at all. Go to his wife and make a deal. If she wants to keep her family in peace, she will stop her asshole husband from seeing the uke or get him moved from that hospital. If that asshole can come up with other dirty plan to harm the seme, he is he one will get destroyed more. This is nothing strong from the uke even it's the fiction.
