I assume she did sing, it just didn't show in bubbles because I imagine it would ruin the "poetic" atmosphere of this moment. And yes, you can say that because there are some medicines which can make you sleepy like paracetamol for example.
1. Did she sing the lullaby out loud or in her mind ?
2. DID THOSE KIDS JUST GET HIGH ON DRUGS AND THEN FALL ASLEEP???!!
