I think it's supposed to be a suicide? That's just what I got from some of the dialog. If so, then the author is probably making it vague on purpose, because it can be a bit of a triggering issue.
Ohh i thought it happened on the battlefield/ambush. Thanks for clarifying. Somehow i took the recent chapter as she was going to get framed for stealing meds but ended up just finishing well and showing her ptsd.
I think she's still worried about the one she knew that died in the ambush, even if she pretends that she doesn't think about it anymore, but now she even found out that some of the casualties are not because of the enemies, meaning that yeah I guess someone committed suicide do even more things to worry about while we wait for Cabel to have more screen time
Seems like its gonna be definitely a slow build but i kinda like it because its a slow bond and development between characters we get to see. Particularly her feelings. However i do find myself confused at some end. I think i missed it or they didn't identified that death that's weighing on her yet. (Tell me if they did/if I've missed it).
I do look forward for next chapters. Thanks for uploading and sharing with us. I love the art so much. And love the FC lol i was snorting hard because i felt the 2nd hand embarrassment.
