please help me find which yaoi this is from
i don't remember anything about the plot (pretty sure it was a highschool student x student story though)
i only remember the after ending.
we see a girl picking up a picture and asking an old guy something like "is this you?" or "who is this guy?"
the old guy is the uke i think (after he got older), he does that old guy laughs "hohoho" and says something like "i was handsome when i was younger"
so it is implied the couple grew old together and got their happy ever after (i think the seme died of old age because only the uke remained)
the girl might be a neighbor or someone who visits old people idk
