Tbf, unlike Yang yang, the couple here did not have to face homophobia or be treated as some sort of experiment. And Li Huan isn't as expressive as Byul.
Their story was not ideal romance, but once you know the backstory, it was fairly realistic reaction (not to mention a fairly realistic backstory right there).
I mean, didja see the more recent chapters. Here u are has taken communication as a lesson.
