I feel ya. Lol in real life, japan literally did so many bad things to our country (ww2) and others but look at the present, i love japan because the culture and environment are so unique to me and just thinking about living there makes me want to abandon my own country because... its shit now. I swear im going to abandon my country for japan, its going down and im not going to die in a country that refuses to move on from the past
agreed.. japs who are an instrument in WWII are hailed as “heroes” in Japan, they have festivals for it, Abe celebrates it. sadly, they did not own their crimes against humanity like what germans did, if you watch vids about rape of nanking and comfort women, all japanese comments would say shit and some are racist too, saying “they deserve it” and almost all them do not believe it.
but hey, they are thriving so I get that you like them. cause I like their tech, nature and art (especially yaoi). but their ignorance about the past is really appalling!
