This is just a guess but I feel like he controls it, just that he doesn't know yet. Cause he was think about how it felt as a woman and he subconsciously wanted more of that so his body went ahead and transformed him back to a woman.
Like why did he turn back then? What even triggered the new girl transformation? Was it just so we can get.mote hetero sex??? Cause now it makes no sense and what even cause him to turn back into a buy for that brief moment!? Shouldn't he have stayed a guy for longer. And ok they are calling for each other, but then what is this gonna be a story where in the end he chooses to stay a girl or something like that I just don't get the plot? I'll keep reading, but I honestly don't get where this is going...
