Lu Xiao doesn't make many more appearances until much later. He is someone that Chief Bian likes when we are introduced, but Lu Xiao already has a boyfriend (later we find out his boyfriend is a friend of Ke Mingxuan: that's the guy you saw him with in the beginning is his boyfriend). But he's definitely someone that Chief Bian wants to be with romantically at first, but that soon fizzles out less than 20 or so chapters in I want to say. Basically Lu Xiao is not a major part of this story. He's just a starting point for how Chief Bian and Ke Mingxuan meet.
I binged the first 90 chapters and although it can be choppy at times, it's a very interesting BL story (don't let the first 6 chapters sway you, it gets better). On Webcomic (I have the app -and for anyone interested if you download it now they are offering 3 days free to all stories!!! Including this one).
On webcomic, Chief Bian and Ke have American names, but the development of the relationship between the main leads is super ADORABLEEEE. The only thing missing is the smexy scenes >.< (Webcomic is rated 13+ so I understand). So I hope they upload all of the smutty versions here~~ there were breaks in the story when I was reading and I was like there's definitely supposed to be a smut scene here lol so I hope we get it all here!!!
