Sooo...I might just be dumb but this was confusing and I’m not sure whats happening

Main lead got dumped, one of his students who happen to be his ex’s brother came after him to get info on his brother(the ex) but he was a d*ck to the main lead, so he lied and said HE dumped his ex, who can’t get over him. (Lil bro probably has a brother complex [also stalker vibes]) I think things will be a lot clearer when new chapters get posted, so don’t worry.
