it could paint a bad picture of what love should be to young people though but what can you do, i still love it

i understand where you're coming from but remember she was mind-controlled when she had pink hair, her brother explicitly said something along the lines of "how do you feel knowing she'll never smile at you? that she'll scream and cry because she's terrified of you." in carcasses mind because she had pink hair when they time traveled she'd still be under her brother's control, it doesn't excuse his way of thinking but you gotta understand where carcass is coming from even if you don't agree with the methods he's trying to implement.
