No they are poisoning her food with something
You read that somewhere.
Chapt 5 she talks about her fat and she smells medicine in her food, but isn't it still poison since it is making her fat and med are suppose to be good for you, not hurt you..
Yeah they’re supposedly adding hormones to it which makes her gain weight. I believe she has Cushing’s syndrome which is the result of too much cortisol.
So the medicine is making her fat.
