It's not like the older brother was actively stealing attention from his younger brother, unlike characters in other mangas. And since the younger brother was the one doing the chasing and the uke was trying to distance himself from the beginning because of the resemblance, I don't see how they settled for each other.

I do feel the same thing. Seriously i cried when the uke just smack yuu infront of the brother... The uke not to my liking..just how dare he make yuu cry...
I dislike the older brother , tho I shouldn't you know, like it was shit to take someone your bro liked or make him feel that way his entire life but on the other had it's his nature and he has a right to love but he should have been considerate toward his brother ugh I hate this ....I've been the similar childhood
And for the couple I feel like they just settled for each other you know like it's not really something you want in a story you want deep first love but it's actually realistic and that's why it's sad .
