She lost her guardian and she was sent to live with her (half) brothers. One brother is smart megane but has lots of gf. While the other is a fiery sporty type.

What I remembered was she was short haired and that there was a ferris wheel scene. And a scene where one of her brother was competing in sports event while the other was locked inside a gym storage??
