Those different verse types get a tad annoying, some will say they're fertile during the heat, fertile only when paired, fertile at any time... ect
I just gave up on logic and just enjoy the plot while ignoring the few loops they leave here and there... ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

I agree. It’s like with every manga a new rule is made. I’m sure it’s said that anyone can get pregnant in omega verse, even alpha males at one point, it’s just much harder for them because they aren’t as fertile and pregnancies can be dangerous. Same w beta makes. But then I see that idea gets dismissed again in other mangas. It’s so confusing. Bottom line is if they’ve been screwing non-discriminately I need to see babies! Because two men and a baby hit me in the feels the hardest.
You're right about there being the rule that anyone could just lower chances with alpha male's getting pregnant. Beta's were no different then us and Omega's were like damn rabbits ._. that was at least how it was originally until so many other 'verse' versions came out messing up the original line of thought.
With how “fertile” they claim omegas are these omega-verse mangas sure take the lack of condoms and constant sex lightly. Always horny, no condoms in sight, sex everywhere yet no baby to be found.
