I disagree with you on it not fitting the flow. The author's hinted at/foreshadowed pregnancy multiple times in the last 5 or so chapters: "Don't get pregnant," "It felt like was something filling my stomach," etc. Also, this couple's whole MO is charging through and then figuring out what's happened after the fact, so it'd fit with that relationship structure. They've never seemed to care about "the proper order of things."
Agreed. Though it isn't about caring about the proper order and more like they don't know or understand it. Especially since Doyun is a late bloomer
Tbh i read omegaverse yaoi because of the possiblity of Male pregnancy so I’m very happy i get to see one (because there’s only a handful of omegaverse with actual pregnancies in them).

Doyun being pregnant now wouldn't fit the flow of the story.... but I'm also starving for good omegaverse stories who have an emphasis on the baby and family life
