I’m not sure if the glasses guy actually know that he is the flautist, but it’s obvious it’s him. And Ryuu-something feels something for him but first of all he thinks that glasses guy it’s not who he is searching, and second he thinks he must search for a woman ...

I'm confused, but I'll try my best to sum up what happened...
So the Ryuu-something character is the reincarnation of the "black dragon", he's searching for a "hella cute" flautist (apparently the flautist's supposed to be a woman), he saved the guy with the glasses from some delinquents. In return the glasses guy is taking care of Ryuu-something needs (food, drinks, sex, etc...).
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the glasses guy is the flautist, but he's unsure/insecure about telling Ryuu-something
