readers saying "rapist" this and "rapist" that are the reason I have had mixed feelings about continuing to read this, and that started over 100 chapters ago! They've been together for a while now, and he is as sweet as sugar cream pie. drop the rape talk UNTIL (or if) it happens and let me read it for the good story it happens to be!

Hey! No matter what the novel ever said, this manhwa is clearly giving rapist tendencies! He caged her and used her body for his own use. She may have gone with it, but her view is skewed because of him keeping her away from friends, saying this way of doing things is his way of love. You can tell she had such a hard life because of him! She is a victim of emotional, mental, and physical abuse! It is clear as day!! If you cant recognize it, it makes me wonder if you, Usako, are biased toward his emotional, mental, and physical abuse as "normal", and if maybe you are in one and is blind to see it.

If you say they have been together for so long, that he wasnt like that in the beginning of their relationship, PEOPLE CHANGE. He obviously changed and wanted to keep the MC with him forever only and does anything he can to brainwash and mold her in anything he desires to see her become.
He is still a rapist to the MC. MC should have dumped his ass but of course, her mental and emotional state was not at their best and she couldnt tell what is right or wrong with being with him, since he brainwashed her. Stockholm syndrome from a person you know is scary. They know you well enough that they will try to convince you to stay or force them to stay in the act of "love".
What what what, Li Lei is the guy she’s with now right!!! I don’t think I’m particularly bad at guessing what’s going to happen in the things I read and I haven’t gotten any cagey rape vibes from him recently. At the beginning he did seem like a new Pi dude (what ever his name is) but Li Lei seems to genuinely care for her now, if they ruin it and make him an ass as well then I’m not going to continue reading this since she’s not good enough to keep my attention without the hope for her having and amazing partner in the end result

Yeah it seemed like you were getting their names muddled, I suck at names and basically never actually learn them so I try guessing who people are talking about from the content
Apparently her new boyfriend(the white haired guy) does all sorts of fucked up shit to her later on in the LN, so hopefully the manga turns out different from the novel.
I hope this doesn't follow the plot of the novel. Li Lei is such a good boy now... I hope the mangaka doesn't make him into a rapist like in the novel...
