I’ve been able to navigate by translating the site to english. It’s also easier if you have a yahoo account, as you can login with Yahoo and buy manga right away. Once you’ve logged in and bought manga, there’s an icon on the upper right that looks like books on a shelf. Click it and it’ll take you to your library where you read it online. There’s also an app, but you need to set your phone to JP region to download it.
