From what i understand from the raw lu lang is badly injured from the fight and is weak an baichu is trying to save him. But lu lang is dead . Few years later, an baichu has grown up and continue the brain research. He try to do the experiment to lu lang. While waiting for lu lang im not sure what he said but i think be said he loves him and after saying that lu lang heart beats and an baichu cry. Lu lang woke up and the end. Im sorry if there are any mistakes but thats what i understand f om reading the raws.

somehow the ending is very familiar to me... but remember it on a differeny story and i think it's a japanese one but im not sure

oh that one is kinda the same!! something happened to the other mc and i think he was cryofrozen and the other guy researched all his life to uu kinda cure his lover... but i think that one ended in a sad note. I think by the end, the research guy succeeded but it still took a while for the other guy to heal but he did when he heard the guys voice but by then research guy is already very bery old... not sure if research guy even died and the voice the other heard is just a recording

Honestly Lu Lang should have been allowed to die from the very beginning. This playing god bullshit it what makes me hate that Lu Lang was stripped of his humanity and then has essentially his Dr. Frankenstein be his love interest. How horrible would that be. I find it creepy people even want the two characters to end up together. It’s not like lu Lang could even have any other love interest simply because how could he even explain to anyone else he’s a zombie. It’s condemned Lu Lang to rely on An Baichu. Nothing about it is romantic given how we know Lu Lang ‘s personality and his own horror in himself. This would be a nightmare. The fact that An Baichu doesn’t even respect Lu Lang desire to die as we’ve repeatedly seen only makes him more of a monster to me like his father and mother.
