Wow I was not expecting that! That makes me wonder when they switched, it couldn’t have been too long ago since the maid isn’t used to calling Anna master but Charlotte didn’t notice any differences either so that makes it suspicious. I wonder if we’ve ever even seen the marquess not crossdressed cus at this point I’m assuming the Anna who came to the house wasn’t Anna at all. In any case it makes us wonder why they switched as well. I wonder if they r indirectly communicating through Anna since letters might be suspicious if they suddenly had contact.
