They're not now, but I'm pretty sure they will be. There doesn't seem to be any other ML and they both give off the vibe that they're starting to catch feelings, but I'm not entirely sure how things will end up.
Sometimes the ML comes in later part of the story. There's lot Of story with that kind of plot this days so i'm pretty sure that love interest will be introduce soon... (if ever emiel is a 2nd ML)

Yeah, I think he's great too. I just don't picture them as a couple tbh. My opinion may change though as the plot develops.
I think this is one of the first times I've read a manwha like this where so many of the readers don't ship the main couple.
