Are you talking about the blue eyed guy? he isn't really strong *SPOILER***************** in the origin timeline he ended up being a controlled prince because of his lack of knowledge and too much planning instead of taking quick decisions against the aristocrats ♡ but he was able to become like this only because pf Aria and he is very very grateful ( ꈍ ◡ ꈍ) .｡*ﾟ so basically we could say the strongest and smartest is Aria
