I vote for emotional, mental, and physical torture for the rest of their lives, but they are only given ten years to live. Maybe a reenactment of what Leslie went through. And by the end, even if they beg for mercy they are given none so that they can know the hopeless despair that she did. Add in a few well-placed torture sessions and some frequent public humiliation and I'd say we'd have a proper punishment.

But imagine knowing you only had a short while left to live and knowing the deadline is coming. Maybe bits of hope could be fed to them, like they believe someone is on their side, that they'll be able to escape before the time comes. ONLY TO HAVE THAT PERSON THEY SO TRUSTED AND BELIEVED IN BE THE ONES TO LEAD THEM TO THEIR DEATHS! Perhaps burning to death like how they tried to kill our beloved heroine or being hung over that same reviene. Maybe being put in birdcages and left to wither and starve and rot.
