Of course he didn't have any relationship with these women and they treated him as a toy, beautiful doll. Later, the king's relative, Elishka, invited him to be her personal escort. Which means he become the sex partner for Elishka, to be exact. Since he accept her invitation, other women stopped invite him! I think author explains why he was with her in that times. He used her to avoid other women's while she used her to relief his stress and kind of escord her . İ don't think it was sexual way since few pages before he says " i will not escord you anymore" next to do her husband. İ don't think any husband would stand still if he meant escord as a sexual way

I had to since the author made him the sex object of those powerful, rich, and married women, but tried to make it like no big deal at all. For me it's a big insulting and humiliation to the main male character who's the top knight of the country but see what he became! I think most of this manga's fans are Shoujo. That's why it's too much they can' take it but turned to hate my comments instead! They only see what they want to see, not even the real plot. Plus later the author got away with this dark ugly truth of her ML, by making him super lovely dovely cheesy in love with Veronica. No grudges, no hatred towards any character since it's fiction, but I can't ignore the fact in the plot.
