This is really well written but...

Sungjoon is actually terrible. Despite how much pain he put Naru through he’s still trying to fucking intervene. Like he has any right to. Taking advantage of his trauma like that and even encouraging his codependency is textbook abusive behavior.

I really really really hope they don’t end up together but seeing how the story is going they probably will. I hope at least Sungjoon goes through some real character development before that happens.

I could be wrong but I felt like Sungjoon didn’t feel remorseful to what he did to Minha. He just broke up with her just because Nora told him to and essentially blackmailed him to do it. Clearly he didn’t have any remorse since he went on ahead and went out with other girls immediately after, but this also could’ve been to distract people from the whole “Naru and Sungjoon are gay” gossip. Idk. I’m open for discussion or anyone’s thoughts about this.

I agree with you and the fact that Sungjoon is actually a terrible/toxic friend, but because of that he's written rather well and I love that he's a different type of friend compared to most stories that intagrate an LGBT character.

Because taking into consideration his own fear of confessing, he does toxic thing like dating around with girls/messing with his crush's dating life, it gives him this whole new character. Because personally I've never seen a friend of the MC be in love with them and try/succeed in ruining their love life in a subtle way and still looks like they'll remain friends. (idk if that made sense)

And I agree to an extent of Sungjoon not feeling remorseful towards breaking up with Minha. Because I like to believe he dated girl after girl because of Naru and the whole gay thing at their school and not to hurt her But I think that through the whole dating process with Minha, the art just showed that he wasn't all there (which he wasnt) and idk but that spoke to me that he didn't really want to hurt her on purpose, she just became a terrible coping mechanism with his crush on Naru.

Overall, lol, Sungjoon, I love him and how his character feels different from the regular MC close friend, but he needs to work on himself first. I don't think there will be an endgame in this story. Needs to be more self love and help for the MC's.

    Sorry it's probably a lot ( ̄へ ̄)

Oh I definitely agree that Sungjoon is a well written character (so far, it depends on what the author decides to do with him in the end) as is everyone else in the story. I highly doubt there won’t be an endgame, but it’d be super refreshing to see if it does happen. Editors don’t like to do that because it’ll make most of the audience unhappy, so sadly I do think there will be an endgame.

There have been plenty of stories where I just wished that they just learned how to love themselves instead of ending up in a relationship, but it’s never happened. This story is one of the firsts where a character recognizes their own codependency so I’m hoping good things for it. I’m so invested in this story. Like when Sora confronted Sungjoon about Naru I actually felt really really bad, for all parties. Same dreadful feeling happened when Sora realized her life was less hectic with Naru around. Man.... I just want these friends to be happy

Omg yes. All of this. I just harbor a lot of feeling for this story because the characters just have the complex emotions about everyone. Like Sora and her thoughts on her circle of friends. (she loves them but she also sees it's flaws) and Sungjoon's whole ass character. Naru and how his whole character is and feels and acts. Somi is amazing too, especially in the new chapter giving her more of her persona to the audience and showing her new concern.

I just really love the way this story has developed and I'm very excited to see how the end turns out, because things are spiraling as of right now.

The only issue I have with this story, (and it could be a very minor issue for everyone else per say) is the Endgame or the ending as a whole. Many stories have been spoiled because of their ending alone, and I just hope the author stays true to their story and not force a relationship when the characters are as developed as they have been.

My concern is again Sungjoon and his love for Naru. This is basically a set up for shounen ai or a developing BL, and it's basically what most who read this came for, but so far I personally don't see it happening (or like you said any endgame in general happening) and I fear the author might just go ahead and be influenced by the audience and to satisfy, they'll force something to happen.

I just want things to flow as naturally as they have so far. (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
