I would rather guess a cousin of Ren. They'd share the same grandfather, maker of legends. Ren is an only son from my understanding. And I'm thinking Cedric is the one insulting him in the past isn't he. Wearing a suit and talking about his mixed blood (russian, japanese and american).
I finally thought this story would progess into a relationship between the 2 main characters and then they do THIS!? WHO IS THIS MAN THAT LOOK LIKE CORN?!
