Um I had a dream where I could stop people from doing things when I just tell them to 'stop!'. I did it on a person who wanted to hurt me and they stopped, but they then held a little child and cut their head, I screamed at them to stop it but they didn't listen, both of the parents of the child watched silently as their son was beheaded. I woke up and I found this manga.
