i seriously couldn’t agree more. he’s distraught and at this point he doesn’t care for himself anymore, therefor he doesn’t care how sh is treating him. i didn’t see this chapter as nk becoming closer to sh either.
I agree but it also depends on what will Seungho do next, he may refuse comforting/sleeping with Nakyum before telling him why was he crying. If Seungho didn't care and slept with Nakyum i think it won't be any hope left for their rs to develop BUT if Seungho refused to sleep with him and just cuddled Nakyum or left him alone for the time being that would be great. Any sexual activity between them won't lead to anything good, Seungho shouldn't rush things especially if he cares about Nakyum. We will see

But I really can’t help but feel like there’s no way seungho would refuse the first offer of consensual sex with nakyum, even knowing that nakyums only doing it because he’s upset over inhun. I don’t think it will permanently damage their relationship though. I think it’ll see nakyum back, but push seungho forward. Yoon developed his real interest in nakyum when he was drunk and treated him with sincerity. I think that’s yoons obsession with nk, but yoon doesn’t even know that. He’ll sleep with a willing nakyum and realize that there’s still something missing and get past the lust and into the emotional, at least I that’s what I hope. I’d really love to see these two be able to help each other with their respective traumas and heal

For anyone thinking that nakyum asking seungho to sleep with him is development in their relationship, I really don’t think so. Nakyum is spiraling and I think after this point we won’t see nakyum get closer to seungho, we’ll see him detach. Everything he’s been afraid of up to this point has happened. The person he was in love with found out about everything and rejected him really harshly. He told him that he’s a prostitute, only good for his body and inhun has damaged nakyums perception of himself so badly that he can’t evaluate himself outside of inhuns opinion of him. If inhun thinks he’s filthy and worthless that’s what he is. Nakyum hasn’t given up his feelings for inhun, he’s given up on them being reciprocated. He held back before because he wanted to live up to inhuns ideals, to be acknowledged. His whole life has been spent suppressing and in the end it’s still not enough, inhun still looks at him with disdain. He doesn’t feel worthy, but he still thinks inhun is. He knows with certainty now that inhun won’t accept him and but he still loves him and the only thing he has left is that he can get inhun the position he wants. If that’s all he’s good for he’ll do it in any way possible. It’s a loss of hope not a development of perspective. There’s also probably an aspect of him wanting comfort, but it’s not specifically seungho he wants and I feel like we are really going to see nakyum shut down after this point.
I don’t really think it will end in tragedy though. It’s important development in nakyums arc, not the end of it
