yes and no, since A heart attack can cause a stroke. My grandma also had stroke where she lost half her body function and had to be on dialyzed. After a year she past away.
i dont think stroke would be resolved in just 3 hrs since it would take months for it to develop and damage would even last a lifetime (some are reduced by therapy)

Shouldn't it be a stroke, not a heart attack? Mt father fell into a vegatative state after having a stroke for 3 hoursso im sure of this...
