Just cause there's a yaoi tag, doesn't mean fucking a child is okay. I don't think anyone is "surprised", just disgusted and hoping he doesn't rape this child. And yeah, it is rape. He is a child, has zero understanding of the world around him, and even doesn't have a way to properly communicate or say no. Technically, he could attack him, but I doubt he would with the past trauma he's experienced from doing that.
