Idk guys... I think he was just feeling it and just going with the mood until Mugi said “since you like my coffee that means you like me too” which made Roku pissed (that’s when he head busts Mugi’s nose and leaves)...

I think if he was really drugged (based on his personality) he would actually beat the shit out of mugi
