guys!! can you tell me which yaoi manga this is:
the uke used to wore glasses, the seme is hot. but the seme has never fallen in love so the seme decided to dump the uke, but then the uke decided to do a makeover and moved away from town. the seme then got sick due to missing the uke and then they got back together.
