Well, I wouldn't be surprised if he caught it himself and followed him soon later.
I looked up TB and yes you can catch it when people sneeze or cough. The fact that he is feeding him candy after the fact makes me thinks he is trying to catch it. He didnt know he had the disease when he first gave him candy but he knows after the fact and still kissing the candy into his mouth lol
with out knowing the rest of the chapters , you all should know whats going to happen and thats why i couldnt help but cry endlessly. the disease that setsuka caught had to cure in those times , its only a matter of time before he dies. which makes it worse because shiragane will be devistated and will lose the one and only love in his life. i realy hate tragedies but we cant always have happy endings. xxx
