I can't remember the manga name but it was shoujo and basically this woman was laid off and I think her bf at the time was only using ger for money, and she was unemployed but her old manager opened up a shop and hired her. Another odd detail I remember was that she had like a flower costume thing that her boss made her wear and that she and the manager ended up dating. Sorry, that's kind of a mess haha. Thank you :)
