Aether??terre??

Feels like I'm in a school ╥﹏╥
But according to the translator, basically aether and terre is oxygen and carbon dioxide (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

I might be big dumb, but I think what they mean is that Lippie is like a plant. When aether (oxygen) is used, it turns to Terre (carbon dioxide). Lippie and the whale sense when this happens, take the Terre in, and she converts it back to Aether by singing.

i think because it wants to be converted?? so itll all flood towards her and maybe cause an overload? im not sure tho lol

The note said oxygen and carbon-dioxide but I how I see it it‘s more like unpurifed water and purified water. You can drink unpurified water(terre) but it comes with a cost, that being damage to the body like drink seawater, it’s bad for you but if you were to “purify” or clean the water(aether) you can drink it just fine without any casualty. AND clean water availability varies and in this world it’s holy sites or other things of that sort.
I think when Terra said it was dangerous he meant that for Lippe to purify the air, it’s like shes got filter in her, but using her power too much will affect her and wear her out. If the filter needs cleaning or replacing you will often be told through some sort of alarm system that’s why Lippe started to suffocate.
This probably did nothing to help but if it thank god.
