I'm reading this manga before, it's all about the princess, exactly the third born child of the royalty. Wherein she is a renowned magician but reincarnated as the third child of the royalty. I think I remembered that the sun represent the emperor, the moon represents the empress and the stars represents the princes/princesses.
I would also like to mention that a safe (idk) told the royal family that the third born child is the one that will bring good fortune for the empire something like that. But over a span of hundred year, they only produced 2 children so they were all glad that this time around they have their 3rd royal born princess that will bring the said good fortune!!!!
