It is ok if it is redemption... but not only he doesn't show any guilt or regret...
He's there like "I have always been a good guy. You all are discriminating against me. You should feel bad."
That's the vibe I get... and it's frustrating... ^^'
this is exactly what I meant (i might have worded it wrong, my bad)
but it seems as if the author is saying "Oh he saved this Miyuki chick" therefore redeeming himself "He's just misunderstood" and "he was always a good guy you just need to get to know him" kinda redemption.
then they're going to throw in some sappy back story to explain why he's like this
and if you don't feel sorry for him and forgive him, then you're a horrible human being!!!
it frustrates me too #－.－)
I hope the author isn't trying to give this Leon Character a redemption arc
because that's the vibe i'm getting from this chapter
I believe in forgiveness but this character literally tried to gang rape someone...
somethings are just unforgivable.
