I don't think anyone knows yet. I've read to the most recent chapter in the novel but they haven't carried out the divorce plans...

Well Sovieshu is already decided to divorce Navier and It looks like in the next few chapters he will announce it

Okay so after the divorce trial where Navier announces she's remarrying Heinley, Sovieshu orders that N + H are to be locked up in N's estate so they can't go back to H's country to marry. They do manage to escape though and flee to H's country in the West. S spends his time trying to win N back but he isn't successful. You could say the only "downfall" he really has is regretting all his decisions up until this point and agonising over them. Rashta however meets a really bad ending. First, she angers a maid who then retaliated by hitting her over the head, leaving R with a huge scar. S starts getting cold to R because she's an incompetent empress. They also find out that the baby she's carrying isn't S' and later she's sentenced to death for all the crimes she committed.
N + H are happy though. They've been happy throughout they're entire marriage, but N takes time to realise her feelings for H. She's just scared he'll take in a concubine like S did but he reassured her that he would never do such a thing. They eventually have children too. Twins I think :)
